Financial institutions often acquire precatórios before their official payment date, purchasing them at a discounted value and realizing profit when the government pays the corrected amount.
Challenge
Profitability depends on accurate and structured data. While key information was available through e-CAC, the platform was not designed for analysis. Navigation was manual, fragmented, and difficult to scale.
Solution
We developed an automated data acquisition pipeline that replicates human interaction with e-CAC. Using web automation techniques, the system extracts and consolidates legal and financial data associated with each precatório into a centralized database.
